Why I created this blog?

I've created this blog to share insights with others concerning my work (auto and business equipment leasing). I intend to share my opinions of why I think leasing is the best way to acquire and finance most things. I concur with the statement:

"If it appreciates - buy it. If it depreciates - lease it."
